Welcome to South West WA DSA
In May 2008 it was decided that a branch would be established in the Dunsborough / Margaret River region. The sole aim was to give people with varying levels of disability the opportunity to experience surfing in a safe, fun and dignified environment.
In order to do this, we use specific buoyancy aids and safety devices, specially designed amphibious wheelchairs and the manpower of many wonderful volunteers.
We hold 4 events each year – December (Saturday), January (Saturday), February (Sunday) & March (Saturday). We have a free sausage sizzle and we have options available for dietary requirements including, vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan etc.

Our events are held at Bunker Bay and you will find us located at the end of Farm Break Lane near the Bunker Beach Café. Events start at 9.30am.

Events will only be cancelled if there are dangerous conditions such as wild/big surf; strong winds and/or thunder storms. In the event of a cancellation we will post notices on this site and on our Facebook page.
