Welcome to the Tasmanian DSA
A big warm Hello from Tassie!
We had a ball at our first ‘Let’s go surfing’ event on Feb 13 2021 – lots and lots of Smiles on Dials! The response from our volunteers and participants was overwhelmingly positive and an amazing day of fun was had in the waves.
Our goal is to continue to provide an inclusive, safe and fun experience for people with disability and to enable them to experience the joys that the ocean and the beach has to offer.
Our long term goal is to provide people with a disability greater access to our beautiful beaches all year round.
We have formed a committee of enthusiastic volunteers and we are now planning our events for next summer. Next season we are aiming for at least one event in the south and at least one in the north.

Events will only be cancelled if there are dangerous conditions such as wild/big surf; strong winds and/or thunder storms. In the event of a cancellation we will post notices on our Facebook page.
